Job Title: Sr. Android Developer        

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Position type: Long term Contract

Rate: DOE   

Start: Immediate

 

Responsibilities:

Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new functionalities

Work with third party data sources and APIs

Complete Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

Build mobile application with Optimal performance

Explore and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

 

Skills required:

Experience in creating technical stories with technical flows and design

Experience in performing end to end testing

Proven working experience in Android app development

Experience with Android SDK, GitHub

Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON

Experience in developing RESTful APIs with NodeJS a plus

Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, latest trends, and emerging technologies

Good understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

Experience with AWS and Serverless technologies

Experience in working in Scrum teams using JIRA - Must

AWS and Android certifications
