* Elicits and clearly defines and documents Ford Direct's needs and associated requirements (Use Cases, Functional, Non-Functional, Configuration, and Alert Requirements)  * Create, maintain, and enforce standards/procedures for documenting requirements and use cases.  * Analyzes a variety of work processes and the associated document and information flow  * Creates minor design changes in the form of comps/mock-ups, sequence diagrams, or dataflows for review by business client  * Clearly articulates and documents business requirements  * Facilitate meetings including design, requirements gathering, resourcing, etc.  * Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands

Hiring a technical BA to lead and document requirements for multiple applications across the Ford/Lincoln ecosystem.  Individual must be a self-starter that can transpose business requirements into technical requirements to be handed off to the developers.

Business Systems Analyst

_Job Qualifications_  * Broad IT domain experience in three or more of the following IT areas: Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Maintenance & Support.  * Knowledge of software development and architectural concepts, principles, and tools relevant the development of applications, organizational structure, and so forth  * Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication  * Demonstrated analytical skills  * Excellent problem-solving skills  * Knowledge of Agile software and project management methodologies    * _Education and Experience_  * Associates or BA/BS degree, 5+ years of work experience  * 1-2 years BA experience, minimum  * Automotive or OEM experience is preferred.

* Manages ongoing relationship with business partner to drive satisfaction  * Coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions  * Obtains key inputs from enterprise architecture teams and identifies solution interdependencies  * Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems  * Process JIRA tickets for application portfolio  * Can perform quality assurance for troubleshooting activities, as needed
