Job description
· 7+ years' experience in data analysis with 4+ years' experience as a data analyst in an enterprise-wide Data Governance initiative
· 2+ experience in implementing Business Glossaries, IBM InfoSphere Governance Data Catalog, Workflow, and understanding of Metamodel
· Experience working with agile model of project execution
· Experience with requirements gathering, creating technical documentation, demonstrating how solutions will work, and performing User Acceptance Testing
· Experience with collecting, analyzing, and leveraging data to solve business and technical problems
· Experience with defining, building, and implementing policy, standards, operating models, playbooks
· Ability to ask questions, Dig-in, explore & come to new conclusions based on the findings
· Demonstrates strong troubleshooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple Agile Stories
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Intellectual curiosity and aptitude to pick up new technical skills
· Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
· Create, maintain, and administer the EDG to ensure the solution delivers to meet the needs of Data Governance Operating Model, Data Privacy, Data Access, and Compliance
· Provide operation support of EDG including user setup, optimizing data scans, monitoring usages, system and metamodel configuration
