Job Title: Java/AWS Cloud Data Engineer

Duration: 9+ Months

Location: Mclean, VA

 

Java/AWS Cloud Data Engineers -  NOT A DEV/OPS CICD ROLE or HADOOP NEED TO HAVE AWS SERVICES EXPERIENCE. 

 

1)      Cloud Experience (AWS - EMR, SQS/SNS, Lambda, StepFunctions)                                            

2)      Java Spark (Scala experience will be considered)                                                                                               

3)      Java Development                                                                                                                                         

4)      Expertise in SQL, Databases - Relational (DB2, Sybase, Oracle) & NoSQL, Datawarehouses (MongoDB, Snowflake, Redshift)                                                                                                             

5)      Streaming and Change Data Capture experience (Kafka, Qlik Replicate)                                 

6)      Experience in scripting (Shell/Python)
