Business Systems Analyst

LOCATION: 100% remote

GC/CITIZENS can be submitted

 

need of a seasoned, and proud Business Systems Analyst to join their team and assist with the company-wide migration from their previous Benefits provider to their new partner. The right candidate will have strong business process experience, demonstrated knowledge and experience within Payroll, Benefits, and Finance, and exceptional communication. This person will be interfacing with the business to help gather and build requirements, communicate technical changes, and own the BSA process from end to end during this migration. Our client depends on Salesforce to manage their workforce and client base so experience working with Salesforce is a major plus. This person is expected to be agile, dynamic, and ready to "pivot" on a dime. 

 

MUST:

5+ years ERP BSA

Exceptional communication

Business process knowledge

End to End BSA experience

Benefits/Payroll

PeopleSoft

Finance
