| | This position works alongside other IT engineers, architects, and business analysts to collaborate and iterate on the user experience of our intranet and extranet solutions including: · Creating high-quality, seamless user experiences for customers and employees by optimizing the functional experience · Maintaining a polished and consistent brand experience for our internal and external software solutions. · Adapting to any new software solution and workflow platforms (no code/low code) that the firm adopts. · Developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions to meet business and customer needs. · Applying user-centered design principles and techniques, and partner with technology teams and business analysts to inform and improve solution designs. |
| | · Configure and customize vendor-provided packaged software and platforms to deliver the proper technology solutions. · Create administrative and design documents for custom developed applications / solutions. · Train the operations team and assist with creating administration, maintenance, and end user training documents and materials. · Develop and communicate design ideas through prototypes, wireframes, user flows, and other design deliverables on the proper technology platform. · Work with Engineering and Database teams to design and implement integration flows and enhancements, including API, database, and/or file-based integrations. · Work with business analyst to translate user research insights into stories, and partner with other team members to prioritize and deliver them. · Develop a deep understanding and documentation of customer journeys, personas and segmentation. · Design solutions to address critical user pain points and opportunities to increase efficiency. |
| | · Experience with solutions platforms (Microsoft SharePoint Online, HighQ). · Strong proficiency in relevant coding languages (e.g. Javascript, ReactR, HTML5, SQL). · Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks. · Experience in one or more of the following design disciplines: interaction design, user interface design, information design, graphic design. · Basic understanding of agile development methodologies. · Demonstrable experience in data integration and workflow scripting. · Experience with data modelling, manipulation, and distribution between applications. · Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing. · Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. · Experience with relational databases (e.g. SQL Server, JSON). EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS · Bachelor's degree in computer science or other relevant field, or equivalent certification from an accredited technical training school, or equivalent (4 years) experience in IT. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: · 3 years of experience as a UI/UX designer or experience as a software engineer/Web developer · Experience with Microsoft PowerPlatform (PowerBI, PowerApps, ChatBots), and/or other representative Low code/No code platforms (i.e. NeotaLogic). · |
