Role: Scrum Master

Duration: 12+ Months
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- 6+ years of experience leading Agile Scrum teams/serving as a Scrum Master in a Large Scale enterprise environment.
- Experience with DevOps and/or AWS related projects
- Strong Project Management skills
- Agile experience/knowledge of key agile techniques including SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High energy, right attitude and proven ability to get things done
- Prior experience as a project manager, systems analyst or developer
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
- Has experience generating reports and metrics which can improve agile maturity
- Has experience coaching teams to improve collaboration and self-organization
