8+ years experience . 

Need to have Product development knowledge… on analytical instruments.

Desktop development experience. 

Dot Net , C# , WCF , WPF,    -- NEED VERY STRONG EXPERIENCE

Good OOAD design skills .

Experience in onsite-Offshore Co-ordination. 

Need to be hands on technically.

Need to have good communication skills.
