The Systems Engineer will provide installation, configuration and troubleshooting of backup solutions (Symantec NBU and TSM Backup solutions) within a large-scale enterprise infrastructure. • Planning, Design, Implementation, Administration of Netbackup and TSM Infrastructure • TSM / Netbackup Client Migration from unsupported versions to TSM 6.x/Netbackup 7.x • Implementing FlashBackup/Vmware/VMDK backups in Netbackup 7.x Environment • Capacity Planning based on customer requirements • Implementing Oracle backups using RMAN and/or SAP R3 Brtools • Implementing Hot backups SQL/Mail/SharePoint/NDMP/SAP R3 backups using Netbackup/TSM • Tuning Netbackup Performance per requirements • Proactively look to improve and add efficiency to current process and exercise judgment in the decision-making process in order to provide consistent customer service.

HS Diploma: 0-3 years

Computer Sciences: 4-6 years

Info Systems: 4-6 years
