Must-haves 

5+ years experience as a business analyst 

5+ years experience working in a Siebel environment 

Experience with requirement gathering 

Experience with putting together test cases 

-May conduct some testing with system testing 

Experience with user training 

Excellent communication skills and soft skills 

Plusses 

Siebel Certified 

Day-to-Day 

Your main task will be 90% documentation which includes, but is not limited to the following: gathering requirements, user training manuals, and putting together test cases.
