Job Title	:	IVR Technologies QA lead
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	5+ Years
Technical/Functional Skills	:	Development and/or Testing experience in Avaya and Genesys IVR
Experience Required		Experience in Development of IVR applications using Avaya Voice Portal, Genesys GVP with J2EE back end - preferred. Experience in Testing IVR applications  in the above TEchnologues including CTI Technologies and Contact Center Tools. Experience in Testing Web Service applications . Experience in writing Test Scripts and Test plans for Unit, System, Integration and Performance Testing.
Roles & Responsibilities	:	IVR Testing lead
Generic Managerial Skills	:	Good Team player, Excellent Analytical Skills, Ability to work under pressure, Good communication skills, Does continual learning.
Education	:	Bachelor of Engineering or MCA
Work Location	:	Lincolnshire, IL, USA
