Strong teradata development skills (lead experience would be great but not required, would look at someone with leadership quality's…..articulate, great communication, presentable to the business)
Must be Strong in shell scripting skills
Must be Strong data analysis skills/SQL
Strong communication skills, ability to talk with the business.
Teradata Lead Developer
Skills Required:
- Clear communication skills
o Verbal and written
o Ability to present design/approach to semi-technical partners
- Team Leadership skills :
- Teradata/SQL coding skills (7+ years experience)
o Complex joins
o Data manipulation
o Utilities (MLOAD, FAST LOAD, etc)
o Testing
- Data Analysis skills
o Be able to quickly identify trends in data
o Be able to interpret the results of testing
- Linux Shell scripting
- Servers: SQL and Unix (midrange)
- Oracle (optional, but a plus)
