Offer technical & architectural guidance to C# Programming Team.

Demonstrated experience leading development team

Architect solution skills are required.

Programming Disciplines:

Object Oriented Programming (OOPS)

WCF (very important)

Various Design Patterns independently architect solutions

Create application pools

Integrate with IIS

Integrate with ASP.net

Tune web services

Database experience

Required:

3 - 5 years development experience. Demonstrated experience leading development team. Troubleshooting Skills required. Mature and competent Object Oriented skillset working in large scale environment; Must have WCF.
