Job Title:Load Testing Specialist

Job Description:

Working with application implementation teams this individual will assist in the planning and design of appropriate load test plans.
This individual will also be responsible to develop and execute the planned load tests, analyze the results to identify performance bottle necks and recommend required configuration changes

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Desired      
 
Analytical and problem solving ability Required      
 
Knowledge of load testing concepts and methods Required      
 
Load test environment configuration Required      
 
Knowledge of HTML, Portal, Java, and .Net environments Desired      
 
Metrics definition Desired      
 
Test result analysis Required      
 
Ability to use Mercury Interactive load testing tools Desired      
 
LoadRunner certified Required
