UI Mobile Developer-Iphone/ipad developer:
The associate level candidate needs only 1 project of mobile under their belt, I know the req says 2+ years (can disregard), the manager did say they would like a person who has seen one full life cycle of a mobile app development.
Banking experience is necessary, so that they can understand the banks functions/flows. Doesn't have to be specific to payments and transfers or even mobile if they worked in banking before they did mobile.
The first product roll out will be for the iPhone/iPad so that is the most pressing experience necessary (HTML5/Native) Android a plus but not necessary.
