• Design best practice solution to meet the needs of the client. 
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve production problems and data issues 
• Collaborate with requirements team to develop design specifications 
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support of assigned MB flows and their target applications 
• Assist users with problems and resolves issues independently 
• Create test plans, test cases, test scripts and performs unit testing 
• Work with existing systems to track and manage requests and issues 

Essential Skills Required: 
1. 7 – 8 years of WebSphere Message Broker (WMb) development 
2. Strong technical expertise in ESQL 
3. Analysis, Design and Development experience using standard project methodologies. 
4. Self-starter able to take initiative and operate with minimal supervision. 
5. Prior experience with Off-shore team coordination 
6. Well versed with XML related technologies like DTDs, XML Schema, XPath and XSL. 
7. Experience working on Unix/Linux platform, knowledge of commands, shell scripts etc. 
8. Strong programming Knowledge and hands on skill in using ESQL and Java
 
9. Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills 
10. Willingness and ability to quickly adapt to new environments and learn new technologies.
