Role: Java Developer

Duration: 6+ Months contract

Location: Charlotte, NC

Rate: $50/hr C2C

Job Requirements:

We are currently recruiting for a senior level java developer with experience in designing cutting edge user interfaces. In your role as a senior java developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of a new SAAS web application. The user interface component will require you to coordinate with our graphic design team, applying advanced knowledge of new web technologies to create a robust and intuitive user experience.  This position is coding intensive, and will require the ability to coordinate well with a team as well as show personal initiative and take ownership of individual components of the development.

 

Requirements:

·         6 or more years of experience in real-world Java development

·         6 or more years experience with HTML, JSP, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, and CSS

·         Experience working within a Unix environment

·         Strong design and analytical skills

·         Strong communication skills – verbal and written

 

Plus:

Additional consideration given for experience with

·         Spring framework

·         Hibernate

·         JUnit

·         JAXB
