Job Description—

Responsibilities include:

 

Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking an Application/Product Test Support in Chicago, IL.  Resource will need to know UNIX (basic commands) /Oracle (should be able run and write basic SQL's)/Basic Networking concepts.

 

Qualifications:

5+ plus years of experience working as  IT Implementation application/ product test support.

Installation and Configuration of IC+ Application into   workstations.

Updating patches for IC+ workstations.

POS Register Setup and Installation.

Re- Pointing and customization the store server from one environment to another.          

Communication Error between work stations and Stores.

Connectivity issues between Walgreens and other destination networks. We can coordinate between the teams, First level support can be provided.

Login problem into IC+ applications.

Changing the modes of a store.

Data export/import from one database to another.

Re-configured printer and thermal table in the local store servers.

Troubleshooting Tuxedo server related issues with respect to IC+ application.

Updating Database tables when required for IC+ support.
