Presently Seeking for Sr.BDM'S / Mid - Level BDM'S / .OPT & GC Recruiters at Hyderabad Office Location
Title: Business Development / IT Sales Manager
Location: Hyderabad, ANDHRA PRADESH
Experience Required: 5 – 7 Years
Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation
Term: Fulltime
Salary: As per industry standards
Positions open: 6
Responsibilities:
· Position is responsible for winning new accounts.
· Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners).
· Be accountable for revenue targets, Drive to produce results
· Client relationship management, Partnering and identifying opportunities for IT Services project
· Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business.
· Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill.
· Record of generating and growing business
· Ability to manage multiple sales engagements concurrently
· Ability to travel within a short notice when required.
· Works well in a team environment
· Confidence based on expertise and thorough understanding
Highly Desired Skills:
· Must have intangibles sales experience, Sales driven with customer centric focus
· Must have worked in developing direct Clients relationship.
· Must have a demonstrated IT Bench sales experience.
· Must have existing client company relationships.
· Experience interacting with top level executives
· Must be a self-starter and be self-motivated.
· Strong interpersonal and communications skills
· Prior account management experience in the Staffing industry preferred.
· 5 to 7 years of sales experience in IT Sales / Staff Augmentations industry with strong track record
· A basic Graduation/Post Graduation is required
the individuals on the following clauses
Probationary Period
The individual will be on Probation for a period of 6 Months effective your date of joining.
Termination of employment
Upon confirmation, either Party can terminate this employment by serving a notice of 60 days or 30 days while on probation. However if approved by the Company, you may surrender leave to your credit or gross in lieu of notice period.
Transportation and food
The individuals should make their own arrangements for transportation and food. No such facility would be provided by the organization.
Work timings
The individuals would be working from 06:30 PM to 03:00 AM IST
