Short Description:

 

GIS Analyst to with extensive ESRI & 1Spatial application & configuration management experience to support implementation of the Michigan Geographic Framework modernization project & on-boarding process for local GIS data contributors.

 

Complete Description:

 

This position functions as a member of the State of Michigan Enterprise Geospatial Services team. The primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise to complete implementation of the new Michigan Geographic Framework (MGF) environment; including configuration of GIS software, implementation of SSL certificates, firewall rule requests and validation, application trouble-shooting, and data validation. This position is a key technical resource expected to possess extensive experience and understanding of ESRI and 1Spatial software, as well as an understanding of geospatial data structure and management.  This position will support the geospatial enterprise as a member of the team responsible for configuration and operational support of enterprise GIS software and custom applications that leverage the environment.

 

Required/Desired Skills:

 

ESRI ArcGIS Server configuration and administration Required 2 Years

1Spatial 1Integrate configuration and administration Required 2 Years

Microsoft SQL Server Highly desired 1 Years

Geospatial Data Management Required 2 Years
