Required Skills:

1. 8+ yrs of experience

2.  Prioir experience as a test lead or test manager

3.  Experience in creating test strategies, test plans.

4.  Experience is working with offshore teams of testers.

5.  Experience in Oil field services companies and products is a plus.

6.  Experience in using test tools such as TFS, HP Test center, etc.

7.  Good communication skills.
