Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: 12+Months

Rate: Market Rate

 

Very good knowledge & hands on experience on following Cisco technologies- EMC VNX (7500), Cisco MDS (9148) a must Preparing Run-books for above technology in 3 areas- Incident management, Capacity management, Configuration management:

  

1. Incident management Run-books- Troubleshooting of common issues that may be experienced in the day to day operations of customer's Cloud environment. The number of troubleshooting scenarios and steps will be based on customer's experience of numerous implementations of incident management runbooks for global cloud service providers.

2. Capacity management Run-books- Identifying Capacity management KPIs. The monitoring and reporting of these KPI's will be covered by the tools architecture

3. Configuration management Run-books- Outline the steps required to verify the recommended components of CI's  (such as OS version, System Firmware version etc. )
