2. Ability to interact with Business users to gather the functional requirements and present solution options.

3. Able to work independently on the support issues and enhancement projects.

4. At least 2 implementation experience as Functional Consultant in R12.

5. Understanding on Finance domain and upcoming trends, industry best practices

6. Understanding of implementation approach and use of implementation methodology

7. Experience in working with offshore team and ensuring a daily onsite-offshore interaction

8. Ability to drive and steer the client team to adopt implementation best practices
