Position: Project Co-ordinator
Location: Hartford, CT
Duration: 6+ Months

 

Technology –    Windows 7, IE9, Office 2010   

 

Job Description:
•       Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
•       Gather data for deployment and roll out projects related to people, hardware etc.
•       Be able to work with BU Leads on collection of the information.
•       Analyze the best methods to slot deployments & rollout's by day and week for the Windows 7 Deployment.
•       Consolidate the collected data and combine this with the office/people mapping.
•       Maintain a master inventory of hardware, people, office, peripherals.
•       Be very skillful in MS Excel.
      
Good-to-have skills: 
Able to analyze complex data
Able to calmly determine the problem and work with people who could be upset or frazzled due to a deadline pressure.
