Interpersonal and communication skills with IT team members and end users.
Solid writing/documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
CRM exposure (custom or packaged/COTS).
Business Intelligence /Reporting platform (i.e., SSRS, Business Objects/Crystal Reports, SAS).
Data warehouse experience, data modeling, data analysis, and data profiling.
SCRUM or similar Agile development experience.
