Location: Madison, WI
Duration: 8+ Months

Required:
4 yr college degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Management Information Systems

 

Job experience equivalent:
5 years IT application development experience Demonstrated superior knowledge of the entire Software Development Lifecycle
Proven ability to clearly and effectively communicate business and technical information, both verbally and in writing

Within the last 3 years:
2 years technical analysis and design experience on medium to large projects in technical skill set required for role (i.e. VB.Net, ASP.Net, SOA, SQL Server, VB, COBOL, systems integration, etc.)
1 year engagement experience providing technical leadership to a team of developers on medium to large size projects (10+ FTEs)
1 year engagement experience with requirements elicitation and analysis
Provide support on our home grown billing and collections system.
VB.Net, COBOL and DB2 experience is required.
In addition to providing day to day support, this individual may also be pulled into a variety of technical upgrades that impact our system.
Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills are a must.
