Short Description:  Project Specialist for Application Development project.

Complete Description:  Executes the goals and milestones associated with application development projects. Supports the Project Managers in the analysis, design, construction and implementation of assigned projects, including resource planning/tracking and budgets. Usage of a standardized project management methodology to guide all projects in a consistent, organized and reliable manner. Experience with MS Project a must and Clarity a plus. Previous experience in application development or on a large project, as a Project Specialist, a plus. Strong data analysis skills required. Knowledge of issues/risk management and project change requests is a plus
