Position: SAP FI/CO Consultant

Duration: ASAP - 12/31/2012

Rate: $65/hr All Incl

 

Knowledge Requirements:

 

1. Must know SAP FI/CO and SD (pricing and variant configuration) master data, customizing, and user level transactions.

 

2. Must be able to at least read ABAP code and use the SAP ABAP debugger.

 

3. Should be familiar with SAP workflow configuration and administration.

 

4. Must know ALE / Message Control.

 

5. Must know MM Purchasing and Logistics Invoicing.

 

6. Must know MM material movement valuation and account determination.

 

7. Must know SAP Project System.

 

8. Should be familiar with Hyperion EssBase and data connectors (we use Hyperion Application Link). Some experience with SAP BI would be good.

 

9. Other relevant SAP utilities (Query, Report Builder, SmartForms, LSMW, Authorizations, etc...).

 

10. Should be familiar with IXOS / Image archiving solutions.

 

 

Experience Requirements:

 

1. Experience in a manufacturing environment with direct business user support.

 

2. Experience in Financial process design and implementation in a US legal entity.

 

3. Experience with on a new SAP implementation (full customization, data migration, etc...).

 

4. Experience at multiple SAP installations would be good.

 

5. Process support with AP, AR, Treasury, Controlling.

 

 

Education / Other:

 

1. College degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or related field

 

2. MBA or similar would be desirable.

 

3. Minimum of 5 years experience in SAP environments in US-based or international companies.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

1. Financial system design, configuration, and testing for projects in an SAP environment.

 

2. Troubleshoot and support existing SAP and related systems.

 

4. Perform user training.

 

5. Must be fluent in English in both speaking and writing.

 

6. Must be able to learn and perform cross-over support in other areas of logistics, production, etc... where there will be a financial impact.
