· Solution Design & Development experience using IBM Tivoli Identity and Access Management products
· Interface Development using JAVA/J2EE, SOAP, Web Services
· Hands-On Experience in Application Security Standards like PCI, OWASP
· Integration with applications such as CRM, Websphere, Oracle DB and Weblogic etc. with IBM Tivoli Identity & Access Management products
· Managing, Implementation, & Execution of project
· Work with internal/external teams to understand security requirements and deliver against project plans
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adherence to program objectives and security processes, and take responsibility for achieving team deliverables, hitting target milestones
· Meet challenges with resourcefulness. Generate suggestions for improving security management practices and methodologies
