MUST HAVE LIFE INSURANCE B.A. EXPERIENCE--- DO NOT SEND WITHOUT LIFE INSURACNE SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE

 

·         5+ years project management experience within the financial services industry

·         1-2 years of vertical experience in Life Insurance

·         Work with the business to understand system needs and effectively translate those needs into application requirements

·         Manage projects from inception to roll-out (project schedule, identify and manage risks, identify issues and escalate appropriately, etc.)

·         Identify and address improvement opportunities within the department

·         Author and maintain Test Plans, Work Schedules, Issues Logs and Application Requirements for projects Underwriting Operations experience

·         Must have strong communication skills – Lots of client interfacing

·         Excellent organization and documentation skills, good interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills

·         Advanced Excel, Word and Access experience

·         Ability to work effectively with all levels of Operations, Model Office and Technology management
