Job Title: Voice Telecom Analyst

Loc: Malvern, PA

The vast majority of the work will be performed in the Telephony and Conference Services. Limited travel to other buildings in the Malvern/Valley Forge areas may be required. Voice/Video Conferencing Technologies Video conferencing - standardization, advising facilities and crew on purchase, support (phone and physical), scheduling, infrastructure, equipment maintenance and inventory, Audio conferencing infrastructure maintenance, Support of video and audio infrastructure, Desktop video support, All meeting support – requires set up of equipment, All support functions related to assignment, Equipment asset inventory, External video conference scheduling and technical support, AT&T audio conference scheduling, Answer Conference Services Hotline, Tier1/2 support to resolve Call Recording and Conference Services Incidents, Update Department dashboard on the monthly basis, Support on-going department projects on an as-needed basis   Must Have skills   Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer applications in a networked environment prefer experience in supporting Conference services, Strong knowledge in TANDBERG/Cisco video technologies, Strong customer service skills needed, Good organization and time management skills, Good written and oral communication skills, Good analysis and problem resolution skills
