Mandatory Qualifications
Four (4) years of experience working as a developer/programmer on large- scale integration projects involving multiple interfaces from external systems, at least one (1) year must be working on a health care project
Three (3) years of experience in each of the following:
·     MS Windows 2012 (or later version) Server Enterprise Edition
·       MS SQL Server 2012 or later, Enterprise Edition
·       .NET Framework v4.5 or higher using C#
·       Java Runtime Engine (JRE) v1.4 or later version (both 32 and 64 bit)
Two (2) years of experience with RESTFul API Development
Three (3) year of experience with each of the following technologies:
·       JavaScript and JQuery Framework
·       Cascading Style Sheets and Bootstrap Framework
·       SQL Server Integration Services
·       SQL Server Reporting Services
Two (2) years of experience using Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2015 or higher or 1 year of experience with Git.
Two (2) years of experience using ASP.NET MVC 4.5 or higher

 

 

Desirable Qualifications

Two (2) year of development and troubleshooting experience with MS BizTalk Server Enterprise Edition (v2013 or later) and with BizTalk Applications including business rules engine (BRE)

Two (2) year of experience working in the health care IT industry (e.g., project lead, business/technical analyst, developer, health information specialist)

Two (2) year of experience with Azure Active Directory

One (1) year of configuration and troubleshooting experience with EDIFECS X-Engine (v 9.X and higher)
