Job description:
- Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud – Learning Functional (OLM) as a Lead.
- Lead the Oracle Learning workstream.
- The position is responsible for leading activities, overseeing requirements, configuration, development, testing, and cutover.
- Project plan management, status reporting, oversee config, development, testing, and cutover..
- Should be willing to work on W2 Contract/ Full-time.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
- Excellent communication skills.
