Job Title: Tableau Administrator/Systems Administrator, Application Support Location: Denver, CO/REMOTE Duration: 12 months contract Duties: The IT Operations Business Intelligence (BI) System Administrator supports, administers, develops, and implements solutions for the overall Client's BI reporting eco-system (Tableau, Cognos, MotioCI, and Alteryx Server). The role involves collaborating with many teams such as BI report developers, database administrators, ETL data movement, support desk, business owners, enterprise network, IT security, solution delivery, and architectural teams. The role works in conjunction and takes direction from senior administrators within the client BI operations support team. It is expected the individuals will provide technical leadership, consulting, best practices, and mentoring to other teammates where needed. Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities with system administration experience using Tableau, Cognos, MotioCI, or Alteryx running on Windows Server is required. In addition, clear communication skills both verbal and written, software development background in Java, self-initiative to learn new applications and technologies, ability to integrate within a diverse team of varying skillsets and personalities. The role requires after-hour, weekend, and on-call support.
