Role: Sr. Scrum Master

Location: Chicago, IL (Remote till pandemic)

Duration: Long Term

Experience: 12+ Years Required

Essential Skills:

·         Facilitates Scrum ceremonies including Spring Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos/Reviews, and Spring Retrospectives.

·         In a Scaled Agile model, facilitates scaled planning for the team-e.g. Pre-Planning/Preparation, PI Planning Events and represents the team in Scrum of Scrums/ART Syncs. 

·         Is comfortable having difficult conversations and actively coaching other leaders, peer roles and individual contributors on continual improvement, growth mindset and maturing current Agile adoption.

·         Understands and utilizes Lean-Agile metrics to help teams continually improve.. 

·         Understands the mechanics of the Agile framework or method and teaches the specific roles, work products, and activities to team members

·         Observes and provides consistent, impactful feedback to the team's Agile development.

·         Certification CSM
