Job Title: SQL Server Developer      

Location: New York, NY

Position type: Long term Contract

Rate: DOE   

 

Job Description:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or relevant field.

A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of database structure systems and data mining.

Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

Outstanding problem solver.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

 

Primary Skills:

1. SQL Server Developer

2. ANSI SQL Expert

3. PL/SQL Expert

4. Should have experience in writing PL/SQL programs

 

All the below mentioned are for SQL Server Databases:

At-least 4 years' experience in writing complex SQL queries involving complex join using normalized tables.

At-least 3 years' experience in Relational Normalized Data Modeling.

Proven experience in creating DB2 views and stored procedures.

Proven experience in creating Materialized views, Indexes and Table Partitions

At-least 3 years of experience in SQL query tuning and optimization.

At-least 3 years' experience in maintaining database disaster recovery procedures.
